When you place an order or request a tasting, we may collect:

Your name and company or office name
Your email address and mobile phone number
Your delivery address
Your order details (meals, days, and preferences)
Payment information, which is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

How we use your information

To process, prepare, and deliver your orders
To send you order confirmations and delivery notifications by email and, if you opt in, by SMS text message
To provide customer support and respond to your requests
To operate, maintain, and improve our service

SMS / text messages

If you provide your phone number and opt in when placing an order, Eat Desk LLC will send you transactional delivery notifications (for example, letting you know your lunch has been delivered to your office). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run Eat Desk — such as Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting) — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
