These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and office lunch delivery service provided by Eat Desk LLC(“Eat Desk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Ordering & delivery

• Orders for a given week must be placed by the posted cutoff (Thursday at midnight ET for the following week).
• Meals are delivered chilled to the office address you provide, on the days you select.
• Prices, delivery fees, and any promotions are shown at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total shown at checkout.

SMS terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS delivery notifications from Eat Desk LLC at that number. These messages let you know the status of your order, such as when your lunch has been delivered.

• Message frequency varies based on your orders.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellations & changes

You may change or cancel your selections for an upcoming week until the ordering cutoff. After the cutoff, orders are finalized for preparation.

Limitation of liability

Our service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eat Desk LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
